Director of Sales and Marketing, Lifetimes Living Inc.
Caroline brings significant experience in the senior residence sector to the role of Director of Sales and Marketing, where she is responsible for the planning and execution of an effective marketing and sales strategy that supports the collective success of our organization. Her focus is on building internal marketing and sales capacity by collaborating with our community-based Director of Community Relations and our leadership teams. Caroline believes in the power of curiosity and the need to connect emotionally with our residents and prospects through active listening. By understanding our residents’ needs and desires, we can identify opportunities for creating a warm, loving and fun environment that enables our residents to live fully.
Prior to joining our team in 2019, Caroline held positions in Sales and Marketing in the seniors living and medical devices sectors for companies such as Revera, A Place for Mom, Sienna and KCI Medical. She received recognition awards such as the 2018 CEO Spot Award at Sienna and the 2006 White Hot Award, a national award for unprecedented growth, from KCI Medical.
Caroline studied English and Theatre at the University of Guelph and has a Medical Lab Technician diploma from Career Canada College. Throughout her career, she has completed a number of presentation and facilitation workshops, such as Revera Way to Sell: Facilitator and Revera Way to Sell: Train the Trainer. At Toastmasters, she has completed two paths and won weekly recognition in presentation skills competitions.
Born in England, Caroline moved with her family to Guelph, Ontario, where she was raised. She has a grown son and a grandson. Currently a member of “Volunteer Muskoka,” in the past she volunteered for the Guelph Little Theatre and the Guelph Rotary Club. In her free time, Caroline enjoys boating in Muskoka, visiting parks and hiking as well as cooking, theatre and music.
