Cindy EnglishVice President of Operations, Lifetimes Living Inc.

A valued member of our team, Cindy brings a well-rounded background in hospitality and seniors’ living to her role as VP of Operations. Her strong communication skills, along with her work ethic, commitment, and sense of humour, make her an excellent team-builder and manager of positive change. Cindy currently oversees all aspects of the operations of the fifteen retirement properties in Ontario. She is passionate about servant leadership and providing personalized customer service for the communities she serves.

Prior to joining our team in 2014, Cindy held several positions, including Community Relations Manager and General Manager for Chartwell, as well as Executive Director for Baybridge Seniors Housing and General Manager of Canada for TA TravelCentres. She has been recognized for her high performance, including placing first in both the Chartwell Circle of Excellence 2012 national contest and the Service Cup award for Customer Satisfaction at TA Travel, an international recognition encompassing over 200 full-service hospitality sites. She studied Psychology and Law at Carleton University and has completed the General Manager/Administrators’ Program (GAP) at Chartwell University.

Born in Ottawa, Ontario, Cindy was raised in Prescott and now lives in Woodstock with her husband with whom she has two grown sons. In her free time, she loves attending concerts, watching the Toronto Maple Leafs, all things Newfoundland, reading, gardening, and following National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing (NASCAR) competitions.
