As Director of Client Experience, Gershon is primarily focused on our clients’ needs while ensuring that our team has a clear understanding of our vision and goals of excellence in resident and family experience. As well, he promotes awareness and appreciation for each team member’s respective contribution in achieving our goals. Gershon brings a passion for authentic communication and client satisfaction through his experience in serving seniors communities, including caregivers, health care professionals, and operators. Respectful and compassionate, he acts with dignity and integrity in all interactions with our clients, staff and stakeholders. Gershon often reminds us that our residents’ satisfaction depends on their experience meeting – or exceeding – their expectations.

Before joining our team in 2019, Gershon provided health and mobility solutions to long term care and retirement communities for over 15 years. His focus was on process improvement and person-centred care.

Gershon completed the AdvantAge Ontario Administrator Leadership Program; expanding his professional knowledge and further enhancing his leadership capabilities.

Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Gershon has been married for 25 years and has three sons and a daughter. In his free time, he enjoys teaching, travelling and reading.
