Lisa Doyle

Lisa Doyle Assistant Director of Operations, Lifetimes Living Inc.

Lisa brings 35 years of experience in working with seniors to the role of Assistant Director of Operations. Her role is to support the Senior Director of Operations and community teams through operational leadership such as onsite community visits, regulatory compliance support, onboarding of new executive directors and continuous support for our communities. Kind, respectful and patient, Lisa welcomes a challenge and takes a collaborative approach to leadership and problem solving. A good communicator, she encourages and supports clear, respectful communication in all situations. Lisa joined our team in 2014 at the inception of Lifetimes Living Inc. in the role of Executive Director, where she and her team created a caring and friendly community for residents and their families and received accolades for success in occupancy and sales.

Lisa began her career in long term care and hospital and community nursing, eventually moving on to the retirement sector in the role of Director of Wellness. After two years, she was promoted to the position of Executive Director and remained in that position for 16 years. Active in our community, Lisa is a member of the College of Nurses and the Fleming College Employers Advisory Committee, where she often acts as chair. She is also a member of the Peterborough Council on Aging and Peterborough Women in Business. In the past, she was co-chair of the Business Recognition and Certification Committee that encouraged and educated local businesses to be age friendly.

Lisa attended Loyalist College, graduating as a Registered Practical Nurse with an award for excellence in clinical skills. She is a trained facilitator of the Strength Based Leadership Program.

Born in Peterborough, Ontario, Lisa and her husband currently reside in Bridgenorth, a village just north of Peterborough. The mother of three grown children and two grandchildren, Lisa loves the outdoors. In her free time can often be found gardening, kayaking, boating or walking. She also enjoys yoga and various exercise classes as well as reading and photography.
