Steve GrayExecutive Vice President Finance, Responsive Management Inc. and Lifetimes Living Inc.

Steve has been with Responsive Management Inc. from the beginning – when it was formed in 2010. He joined the team as Vice President of Finance, bringing a wealth of experience in seniors’ housing to his role. He is known by colleagues and owners alike for his ability to solve complex problems through innovative solutions. His responsibilities include acquisitions, financing, technology, financial reporting and strategic planning.

Prior to joining our team, Steve acquired several years of experience in seniors’ housing and real estate, including serving as Chief Financial Officer, Director of Finance and Managing Partner for a number of owners and developers of seniors’ living communities across Canada.

Active in our community, Steve is a board member and Treasurer for the Ontario Retirement Communities Association. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and a member of both the Canadian and the Ontario Institutes of Chartered Professional Accountants. In addition, he holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Laurentian University, where he graduated Cum Laude, and is a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors Not-For-Profit Program at the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. He is currently completing post-graduate studies in real estate at the University of British Columbia Sauder School of Business.

Born in the United Kingdom, Steve now lives in Brooklin, Ontario, with his wife and three children. When not working, he enjoys spending time at the cottage with his family and is an avid hockey fan.
