Mark Bernhard is the Director of Environmental at Responsive Health , a role he began in May 2024 after being associated with the organization since 1999. With over 26 years of experience in Environmental Services at the District Manager level, Mark leads capital projects, oversees support services, and manages the environmental side of new builds, while providing operational guidance to homes across the organization.

Mark brings a strong mechanical aptitude and a hands-on leadership style to his work. He began his career as an Automotive Mechanic with Ford Motor Company before transitioning into property management and, subsequently, the Long Term Care sector. This career shift followed his studies in Property Management at Humber College and a brief role as a condominium manager. Born and raised in Toronto to Austrian parents, Mark enjoys music, travel, biking, and golf.
