President, Responsive Group Inc.

As president of the Responsive Group, Bill currently oversees the operations of 20 long term care homes and 18 retirement communities in Ontario. Throughout his career, Bill has focused on health care management in Canada and the United States, and is passionate about his work. He brings over 45 years’ experience in the administration of private hospitals, long term care homes, retirement and assisted living complexes, home care agencies and the operation of proprietary and not-for-profit facilities through contract management. Bill has worked with some of the top senior care organizations in both Canada and the United States. 

Committed to the communities he serves, Bill participates in a number of proprietary and not-for-profit boards and organizations, including Childhood Now, Surge Learning, Mission Health, and PointClickCare, and he is a founding member of the Canadian Association for Long Term Care (CALTC).

When not involved in his many professional pursuits, Bill can often be found skiing, playing polo or golf. Interested in the arts, he especially enjoys attending live theatre.
