Her primary focus is the pre-opening preparations for redevelopment homes. Dana calls this “legacy work” as we are growing teams, who will breathe life into the new buildings and directly impact the care and service experience for seniors and their families for years to come. 

Dana’s entire nursing career has been dedicated to ensuring every resident’s journey is met with dignity, kindness and excellence.  Starting as a nurse’s aide over 35 years ago, Dana has held various progressive leadership roles in clinical, quality and operations as well as volunteer board positions. Her mission is to engage people, enable collaboration and find solutions collectively that positively affect the lived experience for those living and working in the seniors sector.

When the workday ends, Dana refuels with time spent outdoors gardening, hiking, and golfing . Dana’s favourite moments are those spent with her husband and three adult children – any and all time spent with family “fills my cup up”.
