Director of Operations, Responsive Health Management

As Director of Operations, Erica provides day to day support to the RHM homes in the Windsor- Essex area. She ensures a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment, developing leaders to enhance operational excellence, care quality and resident well-being. Erica is very people focused and fosters positive relationships and connections with team members, residents, families, and community
partners.

Erica guides performance improvement initiatives that prioritize dignity, comfort, and quality of life,
ensuring regulatory compliance while advocating for resident-centered policies and practices. She collaborates with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance individualized care, promote a safe environment, and implement innovations that improve the resident experience and overall well-being.

Erica is a Registered Practical Nurse, and completed the LTC Administrators course through OANHSS
(Advantage Ontario) in 2015. She is skilled in strategic planning and financial management, and brings
24 years of healthcare experience, including 16 in LTC as an Executive Director, Neighbourhood
Coordinator, BSO Lead, RAI-Coordinator/Restorative Care lead, ADOC & IPAC lead, RPN- (LTC and
Retirement). Erica also participates in the LTC Advisory Table Ontario Health West.
Born and raised in Windsor, Ontario, Erica, her husband and two children still reside there. In her free
time, Erica and her husband are self-proclaimed “foodies” and have their own recipe page on Instagram-
“Hookers Kitchen”. She also enjoys belly dancing, off-roading, reading and drawing.
