Joanna joined the Responsive Group in June 2015, bringing with her a deep dedication to customer service and quality. For 14 years prior to joining the Responsive Group, she honed her skills and knowledge as an Executive Assistant at one of the largest providers of seniors’ care, services and accommodation in Canada, with operations in multiple provinces and the United States.  Joanna’s skills as an organizer, communicator and leader, along with her engaging affinity for working with people, are invaluable assets for our organization.

Prior to leaving her native Poland, Joanna attended the Physical Education College in Tarnow, Poland, focusing her studies on early childhood development. As part of her ongoing professional development, she has completed the Extraordinary Administrative Support program at the Schulich School of Business Executive Education Centre.

Joanna moved to Canada with her young family in 1990 and, soon after, settled north of Toronto where she and her busy family continue to reside today. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
