Vice President, Clinical Services, Responsive Health Management Inc.
Marion brings more than three decades of leadership experience in long-term care to her role as Vice President of Clinical Services for Responsive Health Management Inc. With deep expertise in clinical programs, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and the implementation of best practice guidelines, she plays a key role in advancing clinical excellence and supporting high-quality care across the organization. Marion also provides nursing consultation services through Responsive Health Mentors Ltd.
Marion began her career with Responsive in 1990 and has held a wide range of progressive leadership roles over the years, including Unit Nurse Supervisor, Nurse Manager, Director of Care, Administrator, Senior Nurse Consultant, and Vice President of Clinical Services. Her extensive operational and clinical experience provides a unique perspective that bridges frontline care with strategic leadership.
An engaged leader within the long-term care sector, Marion chairs Responsive’s Senior Clinical Team meetings and contributes to several provincial and national initiatives. She serves as a skills-based member of the Ontario Long Term Care Association Quality Committee and is a member of the Canadian Association for Long Term Care Policy and Knowledge Translation Committee. Marion also collaborates on clinical pilot initiatives with PointClickCare and actively advocates for system enhancements that support quality resident care.
Marion holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) and a Mental Health Certificate from Humber College. She has also completed the MBA Essentials Certificate through the Rotman School of Management.
Originally from Austria, Marion moved to Toronto at the age of eighteen and is fluent in both English and German. She lives in Toronto with her husband and enjoys spending time with her two adult children and grandson. Outside of work, Marion enjoys skiing, cycling, hiking, dancing, and reading.
