Tabasom’s career with Responsive Health Management (RHM) spans over 22 years. She joined the team as the Accounting Coordinator in January 2003, and over the years, she has taken on various roles within the RHM finance team.

Tabasom is a key contact for financial guidance and leadership and consistently supports both the homes and RHM team to strategize and manage any finance related situations that may arise within the homes. She is well organized and efficient and plays a key role in the development and support of new bookkeepers and new members of the RHM finance team. She has taken the lead in the implementation of many internal control policies and practices. With the constantly changing environment, Tabasom has continued to take on various additional responsibilities and has been involved with many special projects.
